By accessing or playing SnakQ, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, automate gameplay, run bots, exploit bugs, scrape data, or attempt to disrupt the service for other players. We reserve the right to ban accounts and IP addresses that violate this section without prior notice.

3. No warranty

SnakQ is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrapiq disclaims liability for any damages arising from your use of the service.

4. Intellectual property

SnakQ, the Scrapiq brand, all source code, art, copy, and gameplay design are owned by Scrapiq. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the service without prior written permission.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of SnakQ will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
